In reply to Dominic. Hey Dominic thanks for the reply, It feels really bad to hear what you have gone through. I have also used siteground for my blog and it didn't worked out for me as well. However, I didn't upgraded for the higher plan instead. I tried another hosting company named Cloudways and it is working out for me I have picked Cloudways hosting for seo service plan and I suggest you to pick the same.

I tried siteground and would absolutely not recommend them for many of your cons. My site was down for many weeks (losing money) because they stated my site was using to many resources. I revised to be bumped up to the higher plans. There are many comparable and much better shared hosts that do a way better job. This was a $250 mistake. Refused to refund my money after the stated guarantee.

Siteground is one of the best web hosting available today in the market. But apart from siteground, I’m using godaddy for my all personal use and it was really a good experience with godaddy. The only problem I face using godaddy and siteground is their speed. I think they really need to work on their performance and speed.

While you don’t have to opt for their paid plans, you have to get rid of the malware. You can use free tools Comodo cWatch or WordFence to get rid of the malware.

In most of the cases, reinstall WordPress, themes, and plugins fixes this issue. However, in some of the cases you might have to take a full export of your posts/content, perform a fresh install of WordPress and then import the post/content again.
